Dedicated to the memory of Caroline Rae

This site is a tribute to our beautiful mum, Caroline Ann Rae who peacefully passed away on Thursday 25th April 2024.

For the last 6 years mum has battled with early onset Alzheimer's. Throughout that time she sadly faded away from the lady we once knew, into a different version of herself, day after day. On the darkest of days, when she no longer knew who we were, she would always hold our hand and know that from deep within, she was safe and loved unconditionally by us all!

She really was the most incredible lady, fighting until the very end, showing us just how strong she was and for that we could not be more proud of her! Life really will never be the same without her here to share each new day, but she will live on forever within our hearts and the lifetime of memories we all made with her!
